1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of the websites, games, and apps (the “Services”) of VOJOY GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Vojoy Games”, “we”, “us”), registered at:

2. Accepting these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use free features. Cash competitions require you to be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and located in a jurisdiction where they are permitted.
4. Skillz-powered competitions
Cash and prize competitions in our games are operated by Skillz Inc. Deposits, entry fees, prizes, withdrawals, identity checks, location checks, and fair-play enforcement are governed by the Skillz Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you accept separately in the game. Vojoy Games does not hold player funds.
5. Fair play
Outcomes in our competitive modes are determined by skill. You may not use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, multiple accounts, collusion, or modified clients. We and Skillz may suspend accounts or void results for violations.
6. Virtual items
Virtual currency and items have no cash value outside the game, are licensed (not sold) to you, and may not be transferred or sold except as the game expressly allows.
7. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All content, code, art, and trademarks remain the property of Vojoy Games or its licensors.
8. App stores
If you downloaded a game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store’s terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the games or for supporting them.
9. Client projects
Custom development, licensing, and white-label work for businesses is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vojoy Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
